Mr. Mark Zagursky, often called “The Modern Renaissance Man”, has presented educational, instructional, and public demonstrations for over 25 years. Mr. Zagursky’s skills and expertise cover a wide array of eclectic disciplines. He is the Founder and President of The Pennsylvania Native American Flute Circle, Founder and President of the Pennsylvania Flintknapping and Stone Tool Guild, 3 Term Past President of the Pennsylvania Artist’s Blacksmith Association, President of the West Shore Woodcarving Club, and Past Board Member and Advisory Committee Member of the Gettysburg Battlefield Preservation Association. Mr. Zagursky conducts educational, instructional, and public demonstrations in a variety of subjects such as, The World of Fluorescent Minerals, Knot Tying, specifically tying Sailor’s Swabs using the traditional Mathew Walker Knot, 18th, and 19th Century Blacksmithing, Soapstone Carving, and Traditional Long Bow Archery. Mr. Zagursky is also a Native American Flute Performer and successful recording artist in the Native American Flute genre, a Pyrotechnician, a member of the International Guild of Knot Tyers based in the United Kingdom, a Performing Magician, and a Traditional Style Scrimshander
